Chapter 77- Addie – Ronchelle Part 1 Volume 4

***ADDIE'S POV***

We landed in Ronchelle just hours after leaving Ursool. We were met by Gretchen and Lilac. They were friends as well as allies. 

What surprised me was the parade they seemed to have waiting for us. They were celebrating our arrival even more than Holmes and the others did. They were treating this as if it were a holiday. 

"Addie." Lilac approached me with open arms and hugged me tightly. "We hope you've had a great journey so far." She was so happy and pleased to see us. 

"It's been fine." I replied. It wasn't an outright lie. Things had been tense, but no one had been injured and things worked out, so it was also true. Things were fine.

"I hope you will have a better time whilst you are here." She sounded calm and reassuring as she spoke. "Come, let us show you around."
