Chapter 187- Addie – The Onslaught (VOLUME 3)

**ADDIE'S POV**

I had gotten up early the next morning, intending to have breakfast and then head to the dorm to see my friends. I still had time before the term officially started after all. However, that isn't how things happened. I went to breakfast, yes, that was true, but there was more to it than that.

When I was just getting ready to leave the staff table and head out for the morning, Professor Nightwing called out to me.

"Professor Addie." He grinned, making sure to use my newest title, and therefore letting me know that this was for official business.

"Yes?" I tried to remain calm and not let the disappointment show on my face.

"We have a meeting this morning. It was last moment, so can you please accompany me there?" I saw that most of the staff had already left, most likely to head there. When I looked at Nolan for advice, he just shrugged and rose from the table as well.
