Chapter 119- Addie – Rumors (VOLUME 3)

**ADDIE'S POV**

I didn't have to worry or wait for long to know what the others were thinking. That started to become more and more evident with each passing second. The people that were watching us, that hadn't taken their eyes off of me since I entered the Student Commons, were all starting to whisper amongst themselves. And they were still staring at me while they spoke.

"Look at that." The first person whispered.

"She gave Prince Hollis a gift." The voices were being added to more and more now.

"She gave all of them gifts though." Someone tried to give the voice of reason to someone else that was in the watching group.

"Yes, but Hollis is a man." Someone countered.

"She gave a gift to Brennan." Another person noted.

"Yes, but that was a joint gift with his twin sister." Someone punched a hole in that alibi that I might be able to use.

"She and him did go to the Ball together."

"And they looked very cozy while they were there."
