After my vow to help Hollis, I started to feel a little better. I wouldn't confront him right now, not with so many others that were near us and listening to everything that was happening between us. On the dance floor, we had been separated from the others somewhat. It made talking a little easier at that time. Sitting here though, there were dozens that were trying to get closer to us. Not to mention my friends that were sharing the table with us.

No, it was best to wait until Hollis and I were alone to talk about his sensitive topic. If he had wanted people to know that about him, assuming that I was right and all, he would have told them himself. It wasn't my place to let the world know his secret. I would be his confidant and friend. That was the most that I could do for him just now. Hopefully it would be enough.
