Ready For The Festival

**ADDIE'S POV**

Well, it was finally the day of the Festival of the Sun. I felt like this whole week leading up to this day had been both long and short. I had done absolutely no work in the Atelier. I hadn't even been to the Atelier. And yet, time seemed to pass fast because I had been kept so busy with Juliana and the others. I had a dress made. I had beauty treatments. I got new accessories. I had been gone and out of my room for all but one of the days this week. And the day that I wasn't summoned by Juliana, Nolan had been summoned by Callum.

I had to wonder for a moment, if Callum and Juliana were actually trying to keep me and Nolan apart from each other. I mean, why else had they kept summoning us this week?
