Going To See Isaiah

I was taken to my room where I was made to look even more presentable than I had already looked. The dress wasn't changed, but my hair was redone so that it was perfect since a few hairs had fallen out of the braids and no longer looked so neat and tidy.

I had a scented oil added to my neck and wrists, which I thought was odd since I was already wearing the oil to hide my scent. However, this oil was much like a perfume. It smelled of sweet flowers and herbs that were just a little bit spicy. The overall effect of the perfumed oil was a pleasant one that I didn't mind at all.

After the perfume was added, Demetria did my makeup. That was something that I had never once had done here as Addison/Addie nor back when I was Adelaide/Addie. The makeup was subtle and muted, just enough to accentuate my natural features.
