She didn't even avoid dodging, her face instantly melting. Scales sizzled, flesh turned necrotic, and even her blood evaporated, but she barely winced even then. 

And that's when her power activated. Lizzy of the Regen family, one with the bloodline to avoid death! As her flesh regenerated, she went on the assault instead.
