THE INTERN

" Haa," Lucas sighed as he slumped in his seat. He was tired from all the running he did from one ward to another.

He was already feeling quite restless since morning as if something unexpected would happen but as soon as he entered the hospital he didn't even have to dwell upon the reason as he has been busy the whole day.

Since the morning this was the second time he was able to enter his office. First was when he entered the hospital, he was able to come to his office to leave his clothes and after that, he has been continuously either checking patients or helping others.

Despite being the youngest in the entire hospital he is regarded as the most talented Doctor so whenever there is any problem other interns and doctors would come looking for him.

Because of that, he hasn't been able to eat his lunch even though it was already 2 pm in the afternoon. Lucas sighs and opens the lunch box his assistant made for him.
