Chapter 103: You could tell us

I'm back. Episodes will continue as usual. Maybe I can post more chapters. That's not certain, so I won't make any promises. I started writing the second series that I told you about. I don't know when I will release it, but I don't plan to release the stock episodes before they reach a certain number.

------------------------

Fuyumi brought other girls. Nejire was wearing a matching light blue pajama. Momo was wearing a one-piece black nightgown that matched her ladylike style and made her look hot. Nemuri wore a two-piece nightgown and was holding a knitting kit. Fuyumi, on the other hand, wore a modest purple-black nightgown.

The girls entered the room and surrounded Eri. With warm smiles, they began to tell Blake how their day had been.

Blake tilted his head back as he held the phone. Contrary to his posture, his mouth never stopped, constantly responding to girls talking to him.

The girls told Blake how their day had gone. Despite not seeing Blake for just a few hours, each of them missed him immensely.

Nemuri, in particular, had been of great importance to him without Blake noticing. Every minute she spent at school today felt like an hour. Making fun of and teasing young people was not that enjoyable.

Nemuri was the one who spoke the most. While she was continuing her knitting, she was talking to Blake with the girls.

Time passed, and Eri and Nejire fell first among them. Nejire took Eri in her arms and slipped into the bed and fell asleep.

Their conversation continued. After a few tens of minutes, Momo fell asleep with a pleasant smile on her face. Her fingertips gripped the phone as if trying to grasp Blake's hand.

After an hour, Fuyumi fell into the arms of sleep. She had fallen asleep with her head bent forward and her arms outstretched. While Nemuri continued to speak, she laid her on the bed and covered her.

She took her knitting and leaned her back against the bed. After placing the phone on her legs, she continued knitting.

Their conversation went off the rails. Sometimes they were talking about recipes, sometimes they were just joking, sometimes they were chatting about everyday events or arguing about the villain. They chatted in an unrelated but warm way, the way any couple would.

In the first hour of their speech, Nemuri couldn't take it anymore, no matter how much she wanted to. She put the knitting on her nightstand. She took the phone from her legs and placed it on her nightstand, then straightened her posture and lay on the bed.

She closed his eyes after saying good night to Blake. It didn't take long for her breathing to become rhythmic. All that could be heard in the two rooms covered in heartwarming darkness was the steady breathing of the girls.

Blake tightened the grip on his arm. Rumi in his arms muttered with a deepening sense of warmth and security. She rested her chin on Blake's collarbone and continued to sleep with a smile of pure happiness.

Her ears were spread uncontrollably across the bed and Blake's neck. There was no compulsion as in normal times, they fell asleep like their owners.

Rumi had fallen asleep in his arms as Momo fell asleep. Blake spoke in a particularly low tone so as not to disturb her.

Blake lifted the phone slightly. The phone's screen reflected in his raven-white eyes. His eyes curved tenderly into two small crescents.

The moon set in the west, and the sun rose in the east. The sky lit up with a light orange color. Nocturnal animals went to their burrows, and daytime animals came out of their burrows, making the forest more lively.

Blake continued to watch the sleeping girls throughout the night. He didn't need that much sleep anyway. His speed power will always keep him at his best. Mentally, physically, perhaps spiritually, he would be at his best even if he didn't want to. Blake took this opportunity to watch the innocent expressions of the girls he loved.

As Blake watched the girls, the outer door of the house opened. Olga and Ruu's voices were heard. As expected of the farming couple, they got up early in the morning and went about their daily business.

Blake looked at the orange sky, then into the darkroom. His eyes looked at Rumi in his arms, then into the darkroom on the other side of the phone. The girls showed no signs of awakening, the darkroom getting more and more melancholy.

Blake took a deep breath and looked up to stare at the ceiling. He decided to let the girls sleep more.

Noon was approaching. Blake continued to watch the girls and the ceiling. He didn't make a sound or speak for a while, all he did was stare at the ceiling.

"It's time, huh..." It was time to do what they should have done but tacitly avoided doing, to tell Rumi's family about their harem relationship.

Blake knew that Rumi couldn't do that. He knew that the woman was planning to explain it to them today. However, he knew Rumi well. At the end of the day, she wouldn't be able to explain anything to her family.

If she couldn't, he would bite the bullet for her and explain himself.

After a long struggle, he got up from the bed and headed downstairs. He rubbed his hands on his clothes to smooth out the wrinkles on his clothes. He smoothed his hair, which was messier than usual, a little bit, running his hand through it.

He went downstairs and headed for the door without looking at anything else.

Gyyggg!!

The outer door opened noisily, revealing the world outside.

Just as Blake thought, Ruu and Olga had started their morning routine. Ruu was paying extra attention to the sick Red, while Olga plowed the field in the gentle yellow sunlight.

The two put their business aside when they saw Blake. Ruu wiped his hands on his outfit, his light blue outfit covered with hair but he didn't care. Olga walked up to Blake with big steps.

"Good morning, groom. Did you sleep well with my daughter?" Olga greeted Blake with a broad smile. She spoke in a suggestive tone, slapping Blake's shoulder.

Blake shook his head with a wry smile. He knew what Olga meant, he wanted that too, but he couldn't do it at her parents' house.

"It was a good sleep... even if it was just asleep..." Blake said in a low tone, the last part under his breath. The Usagiyama couple's bunny ears twitched as they could hear Blake's hoarse words.

'Hey, you don't have to care about us. We wouldn't mind making a few little bunnies in our house-''

Slap!

Olga couldn't continue because of the slap on her hip. Olga startled, frowned, and looked at Ruu. Ruu ignored the woman's reproach, with a mild smile, pressing his index finger to his lips and signaling her to be quiet.

'Don't say such things. Such things are private between couples. Curious rabbits like us are willing to take the chance to listen. If you want a pair of grandchildren, wait a few days." Ruu completely ignored Olga's silent reproach. He rubbed his wrist with a moderate smile and looked at Blake.

A helpless smile appeared on Blake's face, he combed his hair back. Ruu might look like he was holding her, but from his words, it was clear that he was just as eager as Olga to keep a pair of grandchildren in his hands. But unlike her, he made it clear that he could wait a few days.

Just a few days.

It's not that he doesn't want children. His heart was stirring as he thought of the little bunnies he and Rumi would have. However, he was reluctant at the moment due to the presence of such an unknown as a second speedster.

Well, after a few years it wouldn't be too late to have a child.

Blake talked to them for a while. The Usagiyama couple were alone for years after Rumi left. Even though the people of Usagiyama were there, the two of them had a lot of things to take care of, which inadvertently left the two of them alone.

After all, they had no one to talk to. It was a blessing for them to have a groom like Blake who shared the same tastes and hobbies as them, and they talked to him to the fullest.

Blake enjoyed talking to them. The Usagiyama couple had bottomless life experience and knowledge. Conversation jumped like a rabbit from one subject to another, and the conversations became more colorful.

But Blake knew that this couldn't continue. Rumi was about to wake up and once she did, she would do her best to do the talking on her own and not give himself a chance.

And Blake knew that Rumi wouldn't be able to finish her speech. She didn't want to fight with her family, whom she hadn't seen for years, and this would have prevented her from speaking.

"I want to talk to you about something, mom, dad." Blake interrupted their conversation. Seeing his serious expression, the two fell silent and waited for his words. Blake took a deep breath before speaking. He ran his fingers over his face, raised his head as his fingers approached his forehead, and spoke in one breath.

"Mom, dad, the thing is..."

...

Various animals had been exposed to the forest outside the farm. Birds came out of their nests and began to sing with their beautiful voices. A squirrel came out of its nest and stood on the tree branch, raising its head in the air. His little nose trembled, and after sniffing the air and scrutinizing the surroundings timidly, he hopped down on all fours from the tree and headed for his target, the acorn.

Gentle golden-orange sunlight pierced through the tree leaves, illuminating the ground and the forest. The sunlight mixed with the green light reflected from the tree leaves, it looked more dazzling.

Cows were grazing in the field. The shouts of the goats could be heard all over the farm. The roosters raised their heads to the sky and shouted to announce the time of awakening, their crests trembling as they shouted.

In the midst of all this, the three people in front of the farmhouse were lost in their thoughts as they stared at each other. The white-haired young man in particular was looking at the two people in front of him.

Blake had just finished revealing his harem relationship with Rumi and the other girls. He waited silently for an answer.

But the silence was a little too loud. Instead of talking to each other, the two exchanged glances and silently shared their thoughts. Their pupils were constantly moving, revealing their complex thoughts.

Blake patiently waited for them to align their thoughts. He wasn't nervous, you could even say he was relaxed with one corner of his lip lifting and forming a half-smile.

The reason he was comfortable was that their words weren't that important. Yes, Rumi's parents' words and approval were important, but at the end of the day, Blake would be in a relationship with Rumi, not her family.

The final decision maker was still Rumi. If she wanted to, her family's words didn't matter that much. Blake would continue their lover-relationship with Rumi.

Blake wanted them to approve of their relationship, but he couldn't blame them if they didn't. After all, no family would want their daughters to be deceived under the name of "harem". No family would approve of such an outdated relationship.

Still, Blake wanted him and the other girls to approve. If they didn't approve today, he would come again the next day, if not the next day, he would keep coming back the next day until they approved him and his harem.

Blake didn't want to force any of his girlfriends to stay between him and his family, or to choose between the two. That's why he would keep coming here until they confirmed himself.

After all, he was the one who wanted this relationship, he had to go until the end.

"Hah…" Between Blake's thoughts, Olga took a deep breath. Blake snapped out of his thoughts. He looked into Olga's eyes.

"Anyway, this generation is weird anyway. They can even accept a relationship like a harem." She placed her hands on either side of her thick waist. She shook her head from side to side. She couldn't understand why Rumi would accept such a thing.

''I do not care. That girl is smarter and stronger than me. If she still accepts such a thing, it means she loves you. If she's happy in this relationship, I don't care." Olga opened and closed her itchy palm as she spoke. It angered her that Rumi had kept something like this from her, the little girl deserved a good beating.

Blake was surprised at Olga's acceptance. He turned his widened eyes to Ruu. At the end of the day, he realized that his kind father-in-law had the last word. The position of head of the household, however weak and gentle, was with his father-in-law.

"Just, don't upset my daughter." Ruu smiled mildly. He patted Blake's shoulder. Like his wife, he didn't care about this relationship, all he wanted was for Rumi to live a happy life.

What could they say if, as Blake explained, Rumi was happy even though Blake had a "harem" relationship with 4 different women? Rumi was not a fool, nor was she one to be blinded by love. If she didn't like this relationship, she wouldn't have accepted a harem-like relationship no matter how much she loved Blake.

But Rumi had agreed. This showed that the harem relationship was not what they thought and that everyone in the harem was in harmony. Maybe they even saw each other as sisters.

And didn't that just fit them? Blake had introduced them to the other girls in the harem, and with these girls, the offspring and the nest could have been better protected. In the future, if something happened to her stupid daughters who like to be lone wolves, they could help her and be there for her in her difficult time.

They also knew that they would not always find a son-in-law who was as good in every way as Blake and who enjoyed farming like them. That being the case, it was better to let it happen.

"I'll always make sure that I make her happy and that she doesn't regret her choice…" After speaking, Blake glanced at Olga, who was still looking into the room where Rumi was sleeping. He smiled, spread his hands, and spoke.

"Also, it's wrong for a mother to say you're stupid. Mother is more of a naive personality than a fool, but by no means is she stupid. She's hiding a great deal of intelligence inside her, and she's compromising her intelligence because she knows her pure side pleases my father." Blake's honeyed words made the two of them look at him.

Olga blushed slightly from suddenly getting so much praise. Her ears rose with interest, rubbing the underside of her nose with her index finger. Blake's sweet tongue was not bad at all, managing to erase her mild reproach without leaving a single piece behind.

"Sweet mouth~ I'm going to wake up Rumi." She left the two alone with big strides. The boards creaked with each step along the way, making little "bam, bam" sounds.

Ruu watched his wife leave. He spoke under his breath as he gave Blake a small sign of approval. ''Smooth.''

Blake chuckled. He picked up his farming tools from the ground and headed to the farm with Ruu.

The sun had regained its yellow glow. Yellow sunlight fell on the two of them heading for the carrot field, causing their shadows to fall to the ground. The cold winds of the morning had given way to a warm stream of warm air. It was a good day for farming.

...

A stream of warm air entered through the open windows, warming Rumi's room. Rumi, who was sleeping sprawled on the bed, had a pleasant expression. It could tell from her smile that she was in the middle of a beautiful dream.

However, Rumi's brows were furrowed. While she was asleep, she felt that something was missing, something very important to her. She reached for the sleeping pillow she was used to, something very important to her, but caught the empty air.

She slowly began to feel the absence of the warmth and security she was accustomed to. A wind blew through the window, carrying the cold of the morning. She trembled slightly, her eyelids flickered and she opened her eyes.

Her blurred vision was getting better, her pensive mind was getting clearer every second. Her lips were slightly parted, a thin streak of saliva falling down her cheek onto the pillow. She wiped her saliva with her palm, her numb ears pricked with each passing second.

She threw her hand at Blake, who had turned from a hug pillow to her lover, but she still couldn't hold anyone. Her thin eyebrows were knitted, she turned her gaze to the side, but found no one.

"Hmph…" She let out a spoiled breath through her nose, at the thought of not functioning properly. She puffed her cheeks and placed her hands on the bed. She leaned forward and peered into her room to see where Blake had gone.

Her silky white hair flowed down her shoulders, slid down her protruding hips, and spread across the bed. She had her legs bent sideways near her hips. With her unfocused gaze, she looked both cute and charming.

Rumi turned her head and looked for Blake, but Blake was not in the room. She lowered his head, raised both hands on the bed, and rubbed her eyes. Her bunny ears were bent forward at the tips but were getting better with each passing second. She was waking up from her slumber as she regained her logic.

At that moment, the door opened. Olga came in. She saw her daughter's situation. Her lips curved upward. She spoke warmly.

''You have to get up. Your father and husband are waiting for you downstairs to eat." Olga had not prepared any food, but it would take a few minutes to prepare food for her. Her goal was for her daughter to wake up faster.

And it worked. Rumi got up from the bed when she heard that her husband was waiting downstairs, although Blake wasn't her husband. She stepped forward, fell off the bed with her balance intact, and landed on the floor. She raised her arms and stretched out a small murmur. Her closed eyes curled into a pleasant crescent, clearly showing that she was sleeping well.

She passed Olga and headed downstairs to wash her face. Olga shook her head helplessly. She closed the door before following Rumi behind her.

Rumi and Olga came down the stairs. Rumi was bouncing on her toes on the way to the kitchen to wash her face. Her heart flutters and she is involuntarily happy as she thinks of what she and Blake had done yesterday.

Besides… Blake said that once they're gone, she'll become a real woman. Great anticipation gnaws at her heart, she was looking forward to that moment.

The water-filled her callused hands splashed her face. The cold water caused her logic to come true and her remaining little slumber to completely dissipate. Water splashed her face once again. Her dry skin was revived by the cold water.

She reached out to grab a towel. But she couldn't reach anything. Olga took the towel and gave it to Rumi.

Rumi grabbed both hands under the towel and dried her face. She was in a good mood as she wiped her face with the soft towel, but her mother's words broke her good mood.

"You could have told us that you were in a harem-like relationship.
