CLXXIV: the walk

If she was headed towards distraction, she might take it all and end this painful fate.

Took Aurora three days to be sure about her decision and plan enough, to begin with, the first step.

She invited the king who she had refused entry into her room during those three days. He walked into her room looking at her suspiciously which she did not find surprising.

She smiled and sat down before she continued eating her dinner. She did not refuse the king alone but also Selene and her ladies-in-waiting.

"I need your help," she told him immediately without beating around the bush or exchanging pleasantries.

The king sighed as he sat down too. "What do you need?" He asked her not looking as though he was going to be willing to grant her the help she seeks but because he wanted to know what help she needed that took her three days to gain the courage to talk to him.
