GOI's [GROUPS OF INTEREST] & MTF [MOBILE TASK FORCES]

The foundation has made alot of enemies, but also a decent amount of allies.

You probably know one of the main hostile GOI's already known as the chaos insurgency.

The Chaos Insurgency is a former group of members from MTF Alpha-1, the personal squadron only commanded by the O5's.

They witnessed the horrible crimed against the foundation and broke away, forming the Chaos Insurgency.

The CI is hostile against the foundation and is allied with Marshall, Carter and Dark.

Marshall, Carter and Dark, also known as MC&D is a hostile GOI to the foundation.

MC&D sells anomalies to the extremely rich.

They also have a good relationship with the Chaos Insurgency as the CI buys and sells anomalies to MC&D.

MC&D only has a small amount of agents, but they are all extremely specialised in raiding small SCP sites and retrieving SCPs for sale.

They are currently being monitored by MTF Mu-3 known as "The highest bidders"

The purpose of this taskforce is to purchase or steal anomalies from MC&D for later containment.

The serpents hand

The serpents hand is GOI that wants to free SCPs and let them reak hell on the world and that the public learns of the existence of SCPs

However, in order to achieve this they need power to do so, and for this they usually use SCPs

They have access to the Wanderer's library, the nexus of all realities.

#MOBILE TASK FORCES#

MTF A-1 "Red Right Hand"

MTF A-1 is the O5 councils personal squad.

They only take commands from O5s and they are the elite of the elite of the elite.

Taking one member down requires tremendous effort or a sneak attack.

MTF Nu-7 "Hammer Down"

MTF Nu-7 is the biggest taskforce in the foundation used for main response on most situations that do not require specialisation.

The taskforce exists out of multiple squads and platoons due to it's huge size.

They are armed with a variety of weapons, they practically are the foundations own military force.

MTF Eta-10

MTF Eta-10 specialises in cognitohazards, things that can cause multiple effects just by looking at it.

MTF E-11

MTF E-11 responds to loss of communications/large scale breaches.

They operate directly under MTF A-1 permission.

They are a elite unit that has restored multiple breaches and loss of communications.

MTF Tau-5

MTF Tau-5 is a group of immortal cyborgs created with the flesh of a god.

They are not immortal in the way that they cannot be killed, but once their body is destroyed the foundation can simply upload them into a new one.
