I slowly opened my eyes. I have been so close to death that I could see it smell it feel it. But I wasn't dead yet. They are not kind enough to kill me off end my misery. Pain is the first thing I noticed about when I opened my eyes. It is the first thing that makes its presence known. I was very unhappy that I was so distraught at my hurt that I forgot about my revenge for a second. The guy who killed my mother under king's order was here and he managed to walk away. I had let him go and he had even slapped me. I couldn't be anymore helpless than this my legs were killing me and my hands were bound.
