"I would rather not fight against you sir," Carl backed away knowing it was foolish to try and go up against Vincent. The alpha was meant to be the strongest out of all of the wolves and if they had to go down in ranks, Carl was not close to Vincent. Not good when compared to his father and brother. 

"I am only one person, Carl. Why be afraid?" Vincent smacked his chest initiating a fight between him and Carl. Carl's father was an excellent fighter which was why Vincent didn't mind taking on Carl. The potential in Carl was there but he was holding onto his father's name and doing the bare minimum at the gate. "Your father's glory will only get you so far Carl. You have to prove to many of us what you can do."
