Writing quality: Pretty good.

Story Development: Eh... so far I'd have to say it's like a magical superman but if he was a spoiled brat/young master.
Character Design: "Oh sickly has come out to play has she, thought you couldn't get out of bed long enough to actually be in public. This would have been a better day if you were sick today. Simon said while rolling his eyes at her." This right here is all I need to know about the MC personality, making fun of someone who has the magic equivalent of cancer, and over such a minor thing as spilling punch at a social event, this just leads to me harden my thinking that the main character is a spoiled young master.
World Background: It's the typical HP x MCU, really nothing different, you can find tons of them all over this site.
