Kitty came out of the house, greasy with SPF fifty sunscreen and threw herself into Zach’s arms. Bobby was right behind her, dragging the cat along with him in a harness like contraption. Bobby looked a bit guilty. “It came with the cat stuff. She asked me to put the harness and leash on Eloise so the cat could come with us. After all, you don’t want to leave Eloise alone in the house forty-five minutes after she arrives,” Bobby cajoled.
Jason let out a huff.
Zach shrugged. “The lady at PetSmart says they can learn to walk on a leash if you teach them early.”
The cat seemed happy enough trotting after Bobby, so Jason being wise to the ways of both Bobby and Kitty, said nothing.
Bobby stepped aside. “Zach, you get in the front with Jase, your legs are longer than mine.” While Zach wasn’t looking, Jason shot Bobby another black glare.
