You should make the adventures have a class system with like warrior,archer,mage and rogue so that the adventures guild can better know what type of adventure they are. As well you should have adventure ranks(bronze,silver,gold maybe) with quests from the guild that people up and the quests should also have their own rank too. Example could be like B level quest acquire mana crystal from Nova Bear for 15 silver
