I ran my hand against the cold stone walls as I walked forward, using the wall as my guide.
“Alex?” I softly whispered, too scared to call out thinking that I might catch the attention of something else other than Alex.
I let out a shaky breath as I looked around only to see black. I don’t even know if I’m going the right way, it’s like I’m walking in circles. I hate this. This must be what it’s like to be blind. I guess I really was lucky to be born with sight as an albino.
“Alex!” I tried calling out again, slightly louder. My voice echoed down what I assume is a hallway of the dungeon.
Again, no response came. Goddess, I hope there’s nothing crawling around in this darkness that will eat me. I huffed and continued onward, hoping to find the blonde again.
