It's best for me to attack it without any weapon. Anyways, I have gained resistance now.' he thought before dashing to punch the Purple horned rabbit.
He punched with his full might while using reinforce. The punch struck air, with a flash of blue light the purple horned rabbit escaped.
"It can dodge using the lightning?" Roan exclaimed.
It was unexpected for him to see the beast dodging. His punch passed through air making him loose balance.
He hurriedly made his stature correct only to find the Purple horned rabbit had already prepared another attack.
"Not again" He mumbled gloomily
Seeing the look on Roan's face, the purple horned rabbit showed a hardly discernible smile.
Roan saw the rabbit creepily smiling but did not bother to react to it.
Before this battle he mostly overpowered the beasts and fought for mutual destruction.
It was a crude method of battle not suited for group fights. He mostly depended on his level up to heal his injured body.
Now that he had to kill beast without being injured, it was very difficult for him. Unlike others, he had no training of combat and fighting skills.
He had only depended on his max stats and beast's recklessness to kill them. Not having learnt any fighting technique, he could only use crude punches and kicks.
He had to face far more than one beast. He could not be injured beforehand.
But the problem was the Purple horned rabbit's fast dodging and attacking speed.
He was again struck with another lightning fast attack, slightly wounding his left hand.
"It's only a scratch this time" Roan sighed
The new wound on his left hand did not reduce his combat power. It was only a slight scratch nothing serious.
He dashed again to attack the rabbit before it reloaded its skill.
He could slightly catch up with the Purple horned rabbit with usage of wind path but he could still not attack it.
"If I cannot land an attack on it then i will only be exhausting myself before being shocked to death"
He did not have any wide area attack and the only trump card he had was the beast armament, Green lens.
"If I am not able to attack it then I can only hope that illusion works on it."
He did not have much faith in Green lens. It was because the Purple horned rabbit had lightning skills.
It was commonly known that all the element ability Fire, Earth, Water, Wind, etc. affected the temperament and physique of user.
Taking the lightning element of beast in account there was no way it would be influenced by illusion.
He still had to give it a try, after all he did not have the luxury of time to think the solution and then utilize it.
He quickly equipped the Green lens which changed color of his eyeball from black into light green.
The Purple horned rabbit was ready to dodge his attack. He didn't move this time but only looked at its face.
The beast was also intrigued and wanted to tease him again by smiling.
It looked into his eyes unintentionally and made a blank face. Roan didn't know whether the skill would work or not so he dashed to the beast before he made eye contact.
There was a sudden connection to the Purple horned rabbit's mind which made it pause but it was enough for Roan to smash it into pulp.
In a pause of one second, Roan smashed the beast's body. He was about to punch it again to confirm the kill but another beast popped up.
He did not get to fully kill the Purple horned rabbit and another beast attacked him from behind.
He was wary because he was unsure of the Green lens effect which helped him dodge the beast's attack from behind.
He hurriedly made a safe distance between him and the new beast. The beast had a humanoid body with sickle like hands. It was green in color with a head like of mantis.
The sneak attack from beast's sickle like hands only sliced air. He dodged the slash from a finger's length.
He could not help but feel happy how he was so cautious of Purple horned rabbit. If not for that then he must have died by being sliced into two.
He chose to use inspect on the new beast before attacking it. The mantis like beast also didn't move.
The beast was standing still a few meters away from him in a stalemate.

"A speed type beast? This shows why It did not attack after its first attack being dodged."
"Seeing the amount of energy it has, it does not look like it has got any skill. It must be an assassin type beast."
It was not hard to guess if the beast had a skill or not from the amount of energy it possessed.
If the energy the beast possessed were lower than that of most beasts then it meant the beast could not use energy efficiently.
It could be possible for the beast to still have a skill but the power of skill and the number of time it could be used was significantly reduced.
Roan deduced it to be former because an energy stat of 5 was only considered a normal human.
He didn't think the beast could possibly have any skill with such negligible amount of energy.
He ran to the Demyr in one step and used the knife from his waist to slash its head.
The Demyr could not escape an attack from Roan's speed and was struck on its neck.
CLANG!!
The attack did not slice through former's neck. The knife was halfway stuck into its neck. Black slimy blood dripped from its neck.
Roan tried to shake the knife off and retrieve it but the knife did not budge. It was already being assimilated into the Demyr's body because of its recovery.
He left the knife stuck in the beast's body and dashed back to create distance between them.
Jasper was dealing with the Lava albatross on other side and was still in middle of serious battle.
Lucas was dealing with the bear like beast which was critically wounded by Roan. The beast too had high regeneration speed which was equal to the time taken for Lucas's skill.
Roan glanced at both of them to get help but found that they were equally matched.
Before he could focus on Demyr again, another two beast showed up. This time the beasts did not hide.
They directly faced Roan while teaming with Demyr. They were here to support the beast to quickly kill him and others.
He was very nervous and could not decide whether to engage in battle or quickly escape.
The two new beasts looked unique and horrendous. One of the two beasts had tentacle like hands. It was black in color and extended more than a meter in length.
Other beast was also humanoid but it was hard to decide what race it was. It had a violet body which had many squares embedded on every part of it. It looked like the squares were scales of the humanoid beast.
"I have to finish them quickly to avoid getting more attention." Roan said before using inspect on humanoid beast with tentacle hands.

He quickly noted the stats in his mind before looking at the violet colored beast with squares on its skin.

He glanced at the stats of Metal Kaapi and frowned.
"It was already difficult enough to deal with Demyr with its regeneration speed and now there are two unique beasts with who knows what skill."
The beasts started attacking, the Humanoid hydra swung its tentacles to smash him.
While the Metal Kaapi and Demyr rushed to him for close combat.
Earlier the Demyr was hesitant to go in close combat with him but after the arrival of two beasts, it rushed in fearlessly.
Roan dodged the tentacles with his high speed and went close to the Demyr. He did not know what skill the Metal Kaapi had and thus decided to stay away from it.
Demyr attacked him with its sickle which Roan defended with his small knife. He wanted to tear away the big knife from Demyr's neck but he did not have much time to do so.
Metal Kaapi attacked him while he defended the attack from sickle. He was hit with the square on its palm which was shining.
The attack struck his back which blasted him away. It felt like a small explosion on his back.
"What are these? Thrusters or explosives?!"
Roan quickly stood up and examined his wound. It did not hurt much, it felt like a normal physical attack.
" No injuries?? " He examined his back but he did not find any injuries except for slight damage to his skin which was quickly regenerating.
