Planning Of The Park
On a massive and streamline designed black yacht that was going to an island owned by the Asakura Family, Aogashima Island, there were three teens sunbathing on the pool deck of the luxury yacht.
"Ojou-sama, it would be 10-minutes before our arrival to Aogashima island the Captain told me to inform you", the woman said to Kaga.
"Thanks for telling, and do also enjoy the amenities within the boat, it would be a waste if all of you just stood and waited for us to order you.", Kaga said, Kaga wanted the employees that her parents sent her with to also enjoy and not just stand around waiting for her to say something.
"Thank you for your thoughtfulness, Ojou-sama", the woman bowed and left with an excited smile on her face.
Himiko seeing this was already grinning from ear to ear, she herself knew how Kaga dislikes the formality of everything, so she can feel the nervousness of the employees that are serving her.
"Ohh Ojou-sama, Ojou-sama~ hahaha~", Himiko teased remembering how the onboard employees called her. "Ugh...Don't remind, I'm not used to how they call me, I prefer Kaga-sama rather than Ojou", Kaga groaned.
"By the way, why is it apart from the Captain's crew and security, all of the employees here are females?", Himiko asked as she lazily looked at Kaga...though it was impossible for them to actually even get a tan...regeneration heals it.
"Probably Dad's idea, he wouldn't want other men seeing me in a bikini as we explore the island's beaches, though from what I heard from mom and dad, they already made the clearing and walking path for the park.
The foundation of the main building has also already been finished, sometimes I forget how amazing quirks help in construction. You have people the manipulate cement and all the other essentials."
Shoto hearing this just nodded and thanked Kaga's father, 'Only I get to look', he thought to himself.
*Ring~*
A ring of a phone caught the attention of everyone and immediately knew that it was Kaga's due to its unique tune.
"Oh~ It's Aizawa-sensei!", Kaga exclaimed and quickly pressed to answer the call.
"Moshi~ Moshi~?"
[Where are the three of you?]
"That's a secret, we decided to punish and suspend ourselves for two weeks as our punishment for beating Class 1-B. And as compensation, check inside your drawer, there should be a Jar that has the label 'Byakugan'. You should drink it!"
[I...was just going to ask you about that since it had your handwriting on it. What does it do anyway?]
"Drink it to find out and you also cannot tell anyone about it. Overall, it'll improve your eyes to levels where All Might will even be jelly. Though, it's only useful for you though."
[This sounds like a deal from a devil, side effects?]
"None, but I'll spoil the surprise, 360-degree vision, see-through anything, better range in vision, and that means you can stop villains from hundreds of meters away while looking at them through a wall!"

It was silent. Aizawa was currently thinking if his student was pranking him into making him drink a household jar of red goo.
'I'll just go to Recovery Girl if there are any harmful effects', Aizawa thought and proceeded to drink the contents of the jar, much to the irking looks of the teachers within the staff room.
"Hearing you chugging the jello, how was it?"
[Hospital jello...that bad kind...and I feel my eye become stronger physically as well, I can even see while my eyelids are closed, anyway, thanks for this.]
"Sure, sure, anything to make the world a safer place~! By the way, I already got the traitor student so he won't be attending school anymore~ Peace!"
*Beep* *Beep*
"Tsk, now I have to tell the Principal...though this new addition to my eyes is something else", Aizawa mumbled to himself as he left to go and inform Nezu of the taken student.
Back to Kaga, the two looked over in curiosity after Kaga hanged up, "What did Sensei need?", Shoto asked.
"He just wanted to know where we were since we didn't inform him of our absence, I just reasoned that we gave ourselves a two-week-long suspension", Kaga explained.
"The shamelessness is strong in this one", Himiko joked which made the other two laugh at it, if any other student tried what they did then that student wouldn't be getting away scot-free.
As time passed, they were now docking at an island that had mountains surrounding the flatlands on it.
"I see why Mom and Dad chose this island considering it has a natural defensive structure, and it's quite the massive island too with surplus land even!", Kaga said to herself as she observed the island.
Making their way down the yacht, the Vessel's crew was waiting in on them from the yacht's exit in a formal posture almost like soldiers from the Navy.
"Captain! Thank you for the safe travel, and do enjoy yourself and your crew to whatever amenities the ship has, take care~!", Kaga said as she playfully salutes them goodbye.
"""Thank you, Ojou-sama!""", the crew said in unison...much to the embarrassment of Kaga.
When the trio got off the Yacht, they were greeted by another woman who had a metal disk with her, similar to that of U.A.'s holographic device.
"It is great to see you, Ojou-sama and her friends! I'm the Architect assigned for the Park that you envisioned creating, and my name is Kita Yonemura. But please just call me Kita", the person in a summer dress said and bowed.
The trio simply nodded, "Do you have something to show us? Considering that's a holographic device", Kaga said pointing to the circular disk.
"Ah, Yes! Excuse me for not showing right away", the Architect then began showing what's to be expected of the finished 3D Holographic design of the park.
The park's main shapes were generally dome structures, with the main building of the island being something like that of a cone-designed building, The Innovation Center.
"Ojou-sama, if you were to look at the general sizes of the dome structures, you would see that the sizes start out small and make their way up to large cages.
But there will also be an area where there won't be a dome covering it, this is open fields, mainly for Herbivore types of animals that aren't aggressive in nature and are mainly docile and passive."
Kaga seeing the 3D layout couldn't help but smile and decided to get some questioned answered, "Do you know the animals that will be shown to the world?"
"Yes, Ojou. It's hard to believe but both Madam and Master told me that as long as you said so then it will happen, the enclosures of the dinosaurs are made of metals that are not magnetic. We used Titanium Alloy as the cage.", Kita answered.
"Okay, and what of the safety measures? I wouldn't want someone to slip inside and try to feed a dinosaur up close, only for the park to be blamed.", Kaga questioned further, she didn't want an incident like Harambe to occur.
"There is a Clear Fiber Glass fence that is 2 Meters high and surrounds the dome structures, and this only goes for Carnivorous animals.
For the enclosures that inhabit Herbivores, it is decided that they will be placed with other herbivores in the Open Field section.
In the Open Field section, visitors will be able to enter under the guidance and protection of a sightseeing bus and its Guide."
Listening to this Kaga was even more impressed, "How about the insects?"
"As for insects they were placed inside special buildings, to prevent any sort of escape. The enclosures of the insects are to be placed under the protection of Bullet Proof glass."
"Okay, Good. And before I forget, please add this in for whichever necessary department handles it.
No tickets will be sold physically and only online, and they have to provide what type of quirk they possess, we have to bar those that can manipulate animals."
Kaga instructed, not wanting an incident where there's a T-Rex on the loose.
"Won't this be an annoying process, Ojou-sama?", the Architect questioned.
"It is, but we're the only ones in the world that can show dinosaurs or extinct animals, so what's stopping them from answering an online survey.
And also in the entrance, place people who can tell from lies and truth, they'll be questioning if they tried faking their identity or quirk information and if any of them is caught lying, they'll be permanently blacklisted.
Did you get all of that?"
"Yes, Ojou-sama, I will hand your instructions to the responsible departments, will that be all?", Kita asked.
"Last question, what's the completion rate of the park and expected date of completion?", Kaga asked.
"10% Complete, and if all the resources keep going steady, then the expected time of completion will be a month from now. And yes, before I forget, your request of complete animal bones from museums are stored in that warehouse over there"
"Alright, thank you, that'll be all, if you need me do just call", Kaga said and gave her a card that had her phone number.
After greeting each other farewell, the trio then decided to explore and see what's nice to see on the island or should they go for underwater activities like scuba diving.
"You want to go back to the ship and ask the Captain for scuba diving equipment?", Shoto asked
"Do you even know how to scuba dive?", Kaga questioned since she has never seen Shoto do such an activity apart from diving into a bowl of cold soba.
"Oh~! How about Sky Diving? You and Shoto can fly so even if there are complications one of you can easily swoop after me!", Himiko suggested.
"I guess, we don't have a plane nor parachutes prepared?", Shoto said which bummed Himiko.
"Don't worry, I can handle it, we'll do it in the next chapter though", Kaga said.
"Sigh...next chapter it is..."
