Williams snatched Hollie's corsage, outraged, "But for your cunningness, I would live with my princess in conjugal bliss. Why bother with the current relationship?"
Hollie observed the outraged Williams with some sympathy, "Apparently, you remain sentimental to Deanna so much so that you marry Alisha, her substitute and discard Dr. Carolyn. Three years' absence should have turned your mind off her."
Williams looked at Hollie coldly, and gradually found the futility of pointing an accusing finger at her. In fact, it was Williams' doing that doomed Calamity.
Frankly speaking, Hollie was the minor offender.
It was his behavior that led to the everlasting woe.
Sarcastically, Hollie, confined to her palace due to the offense, cast a sympathetic glance over Williams.
Williams left the spot, wandering along, without returning to the nuptial chamber. Seemingly, it was only Calamity's presence that could soothe him.
