"Yeah he made that decision on his own, that's his way of doing things, I know I put the city in lockdown but I don't have any other choice at that time, it is for the safety of the people but my decision affected the livelihood of the common people, sometimes we have to make the difficult decision but I am glad he did what he felt like doing"old man lin said.
