Low Ranked schools were able to give their 'Top' Students lands of many thousands of Kilometres at the very least Since some Planets have more than one Dream School each.

And since the ability to make a Dream School alone is counted as an achievement, all of them can only be found inside the 'Dream World' and their Founders need to be Ancestor Stage Experts, not higher not lower Since Sages make sects and Grandmasters have Quests which aren't fit to make a Dream School.
