Chapter 78: A Day of an Expected Events

Sue was at her office thinking about what Ian had just requested from her. She could not concentrate on work, and she could not know what to tell Ian.

She took her phone and called Judy.

“Hi dear,” Judy answered.

“Are you busy?” Sue asked.

“I am always free for you, dear. Tell me.” Judy said.

“You were right about Ian Judy. He proposed.” Sue said.

Judy did not know that Ian confessed his love to Sue last year, but she used to tell Sue that Ian adored her. She always told Sue to give herself a new try, as Ian was a good person with a good heart.

Ian tried several times to go out with Sue for the past two months, away from work. She always gave him excuses, as she felt he would open up to her and express his feelings face to face this time. She did not want to hear it from Ian, as she would be forced to answer him.
