I thought that after Christmas and New Year's, Ocean and I were just going to take things easy until the babies got here. We had everything that we needed for the babies, at least all that we could prepare for in advance. There was no homework, no schoolwork, no classes, nothing. It was just the two of us hanging out at the house and doing nothing at all.

I will admit that this is indeed what happened for about the first week after the holidays were over. We sat and watched movies. We snuggled on the couch a lot. We talked about everything that we could think about. And we just enjoyed each other's company.
