Problem 4

Drage's POV

"*Chak! * Keep moving!"

"*Chak!* Faster!" Slaves were wailing in agony. They were severely kicked and whipped.

"They are worse than the animals." I gritted my teeth and followed the guards.

"Faster!" We were pushed inside the prison.

The slaves inside the prison are shaking in fear, begging to be let out.

"This is an inhumane act," said Oswald.

"It needs to stop." The princess was so furious. She almost made a mistake by letting out her aura.

"You need to calm yourself, princess," said Pierce.

"We need to calm ourselves or our plan will fail." I said while making another if we ever fail.

We stayed silent for an hour while we were trying to assess the entire situation.

'Let me out!'

'I don't want to die!"

'Save me!'

'Please! spare my life!'

"Someone help us!'

'Help!'

'I beg of you!'

'No!'

'Someone save us!'

'Oh, gods! Please save us from this hell!'

'Hahahaha!'

'No one will save you!'

'Hahahaha!'

'Please have mercy!'

'Hahahaha!'

"Those bastards." Leighton gritted his teeth as the rest of us clenched our fists. The people fell into a big hole. There was no end in sight to this black hole. This astonished every other slave in the vicinity. The others toppled over, staring pitifully at the opening. Some appear to scream out for assistance and beg for forgiveness, while others shudder in terror.

'Shut up!' Everyone fell silent when someone yelled. After that, nobody was willing to talk. The group persisted in plunging the people.

The princess secretly removed our disguise.

"So, what's the plan?" I asked.

"The plan is to start now before they throw them into the hole," the princess said while pointing at the people who are now in a dire situation.

However, one slave abruptly punched the guard and threw him into the hole before we could make a move. The other guards rushed towards him, only to be hurled into the hole as well.

After one of them informed the superiors, hundreds of guards arrived within minutes.

"Kill them! And throw their body into the hole!" It looks like one of their superiors went down.

"Sh!t! There's too many of them!" Seymour said. Slaves screamed in terror as hundreds of guards surrounded us.

"You think you could defeat us? Hahahaha!" We clenched our weapons tight and gave him a death glare.

"Kehehehe..." We suddenly looked at the brown-haired slave.

"Why are you laughing?" The chief said while holding his temper.

"Kahahahahaha!" The guy almost rolls himself up.

"Is he having fun in this kind of situation?" I asked, and the lot just shrugged.

"What a funny punk," he said while wiping his eyes. He wickedly looked at the chief and then smirked.

"Who are you?!"

"Me? *snickered* I'm just like you. Waiting for my lord to command me." Everyone went silent when he said those words.

¿Lord?

"Hah! Hahahaha." The guards laugh in front of his face.

"Your lord?! Hahahaha! You mean your low-life lord?! Hahahaha! Our liege is better than your lord! Hahahaha!" And they laugh again.

"Laugh all you want," After saying so calmly, everyone fell silent once more. Everyone sensed the aura rising from him. Since they could sense his strength, nobody moved. You can lose your life in a single misstep.

"The liege that you've been protecting will one day be useless."

"What do you say?!"

"....."

"*Snicker* Do you think you can compare your liege to my lord?"

"*Smirk* Why are you here if your lord loved you? How come he would abandon you in this hell? No one can defeat our liege, not even you or your lord or whatever it is, as he is the most powerful being in the universe." The guard kept on annoying the guy, but it seems like it doesn't work on him.

"Hah! Don't compare your liege to my lord, since your liege just borrowed dark magic from the Disas continent." Seriously? Are they comparing who's the strongest right now?

Nobody on this continent was aware that they were communicating with the continent of Disas. Because the Black Storm organization is top-secret, very few people are aware of it.

"You are pissing me off."

"How come? I'm only being honest. There is no way your liege could rule the whole continent. This continent can only be ruled by one person," He said, and suddenly, the ground rumbled.

"What's happening?!" Everyone panicked.

Suddenly, a massive tree erupted from the earth, toppling the guards below and consuming them entire. And they were all racing for the door.

"I warned you already." The vines wrapped around their leader, and it flew up.

'Ack!' The chief was gasping for air as he struggled from the vines. Suddenly, from the highest branch, a young man in a cloak was sitting idly. The leader flew in his direction as he raised his right hand.

"Are you the head of this base?" I could hear everyone swallowing their saliva out of fear. The chief couldn't even utter a single word.

His presence and aura were overwhelming, although he did nothing. The princess and the Blackstorm group fell silent as well. The roots moved, and the young man raised his right hand, making everyone tense. The guards were wrapped in roots.

"*Tsk* You're wasting my time. Callis." He uttered a name, and the enslaved man instantly bent before the tree, changing into a rabbit.

"As you wish, my lord." He quickly realizes what he is going to do. He let go of the chief, and the rabbit swiftly caught up with him.

The man got up and extended his arms. He descended using a vine. And when we noticed a dryad strolling beside him, it startled us.

"Are they safe?" He asked.

"Yes, my lord. The other dryads came here to help." The guy named Call answered.

"Good." All we could do was stare at him, walking in our direction. But the closer he was, my gut kind of said that I knew him.

"Wait! Aren't you the guy we met at the inn?!" After I said it, my group mates were dumbfounded.

Everyone gasped when he took off his cloak. With both hands covering her mouth, the princess fell to the ground. I was speechless as soon as I laid eyes on his face.

"I need your help."
