2 The Strange Family

It's the year 2024 and a boy " Samuel Davis" enters his home late. He goes inside and directly sits on the dining table. His Father " Timothy Davis" asks Samuel that where was he this whole time and Samuel ignores his question and says " Let's Have The Dinner". This made his Father angry and he says in rage " Didn't you heard what I said?". Samuel looses his cool and says "You don't need to know everything I do, I am gonna turn 18 tomorrow". Suddenly his younger brother "Frank Davis" comes and says "Calm down! Tomorrow is the 18th, it's your birthday, There's no need to be angry right now". Then they have a peaceful dinner and Samuel goes to sleep. Samuel is a high school teenager who dreams to become a nuclear scientist one day. He has a long time crush on a Russian-American girl "Jessica" who is his female best friend and he was at her house earlier. He plans to propose to her on his birthday. Meanwhile, Samuel's Father, Tim, is a Scientists but works individually because he was fired from his last job working for the U.S Government. He lost his wife in a car accident several years ago and he still misses her. To his sons, It seems like he's making something massive but he never cares to talk about it. Frank is the youngest in the family and wants to join the army even though he is the brightest in his class. It's 18th June and It's 6.A.M in the clock and Frank comes and splashes water on Sammy and says " Happy Birthday Sammy!". Sammy laughs and says to Frank " You have made this a ritual". He then goes to find his Dad and finds out that he was gone. Samuel goes to school and plans to propose to Jessica on their way back home. While walking on the street, Jessica's Father " Andrey Ivanov" shows up and he invites Samuel to their house to have a cup of tea on the special occasion of his birthday. They go there and have a cup of tea and Andrey goes to get Samuel a present and this gives Samuel the perfect opportunity to confess his love. He looks towards Jessica and says " Jess, I Love You". This brings a smile to Jessica's face but the smile suddenly goes away and she says that she needs to use the restroom. She was full of anger when she came back and had a tear in her eye and said " I don't love you, Samuel, please get out!". Between this, Andrey comes with the present but Sammy refuses it. Sammy is heartbroken while as at home his Father notes down the key elements of some strange potion he's making. He only made one dose for testing. He decides to test it on himself. He has the note in his hand and tests the potion and suddenly a portal opens and Tim moves into it until he realises that he can't come out. He shouts and screams and Frank and Samuel hear it and rush towards his room and see that their Father is stuck in some portal. They try to come forward and save him but Tim screams at them not to come forward. The portal starts to close and Tim throws the note he has in his hand and miraculously it comes out and the last words he said were "46". And then the portal closes. Samuel was angry already and his anger got from bad to worse and he runs away from the house. Frank opens the note but couldn't understand a single word as it was written in some code language. On that note, among all that was written only two words were understandable which were "TIME TRAVEL"
