1 year and trip to Italy V4

As time flew by it was the year 2004 Asahi, Godou, and Asuka was 9 years old and Shizuka was 7 years old.

Grandpa Ichirou came back home before Christmas before the day of Shizuka's birthday.

On the day of her birthday of Shizuka, Asahi meets the father of Godou and Shizuka's name Nanzenji Genzou.

Their meeting was not good as he thought it to be when Asahi learned this guy was a genuine doting parent, especially to Shizuka, he literary glared at him and gave him a warning at their first meeting.

If he is not part of the Kusanagi clan, he is still not an ordinary man since he is the former husband of Mayo and if the mother Mayo was queen, then the father Genzou was a speculator which Asahi is not surprised anymore but there is a question came to his mind how did those two become together?

Even though it was not his business he couldn't help being curious so Asahi asked her with handing her some sweet cakes while Mayo didn't mind at all since he was sincere in giving some food to her and Shizuka and Godou join in as well.

From Mayo said to him in the specific story, they first met was coincidentally in the bar, she drinking a lot due to stress of the work, and another one beside her doing the same thing cause of that, they notice each other that they are going to same through and share about their pain became drinking buddy and eventually, they get to know each other, until one day when they become close and they did it(SEGS!!!) and didnt expect it will cause Godou was made, After Genzou learned was Mayo pregnant, he takes responsibility and married her and a few years later Shizuka also was made and Mayo became successful in career but Genzou was opposite, both respected their decision to focus in their career eventually lose their feeling and Genzou cheat on her, as for the result, I leave it to your imagination.

'Too cold!' Asahi, Shizuka and Godou thought at the same time, that they expected it to be a good story but it was too cold for being a couple and had too much professionalism.

As Godou and Shizuka listened to the story about their parents for the same reason as Asahi, they already accepted the fact that their parents would not go back together and both didn't feel hate about that matter anymore since Grandpa Ichirou and Grandma Chiyo help them understand and breakthrough that problem. Also, they still see them from time to time and always bonding with them.

For Shizuka's abilities, it has been a year since Asahi had started to train her Shizuka learning breathing methods and swordsmanship style of Water, Sun, Rock, and Wind which were easy for her to copy and also the essence but she was having a hard time to continue breathing method 24/7 until eventually manage it and destroy the big special Gourd Asahi created for her, also for her Haki she capable now use basic of Busoshoku Haki and Kenbunshoku Haki and her magic training, she learns elemental, concealment, illusion, and flight magic and also enjoyed the flight training as it was a new experience for her.

When Asahi told her that she had reached intermediate class rank and was about to praise her further but was stopped by Shizuka who immediately bought up the promise they talk about. Asahi nodded as a promise he stretch out his arm waiting to hug and Shizuka immediately hug him tightly then he kissed him on the forehead and said to her that's for now, there's still more next time. When she heard that word, smoke appeared on her face due to overheating, and imagine what is there more.

Then Tet split them up and requested what she did to Shizuka and Asahi ok with it when he was open his arm instead she hugged him Tet suddenly kiss him on the lip.

Asahi although surprised didnt back down due to his pride he know if he back down his pride being man will put on dirt, so he show who the man in the house and grab Tet's waist, Tet followed by wrapping her arm around his neck, both not backing down until Shizuka came back to her sense from her wild imagination and was stunned by what they doing.

Shizuka shouted and immediately split them by trying slashing them apart using katana and she complain about Tet's behavior.

From that day onward both Tet and Shizuka always tried to request or pin him down while he wasn't busy but Asahi realize they were getting bold despite their age, he calmed them down and ask to wait at an appropriate age for things like that, that day he showed them his affection time to time by hugging them and giving them light peck so they don't feel sad though he looking his surrounded sometimes making sure there nobody arrests him despite being a child in physical but his mind was an adult couldn't help thinking he might arrest.

After Asahi gives Shizuka a task, it takes her a whole day to finish her mission.

Right now, Shizuka is exhausted after finishing the mission walking in an empty spot and taking out the Dokodemo door from her storage ring to go home.

When she returned to Asahi's home. She put her mask on the side of her head and announced her arrival.

"I'm here!" Shizuka yelled when she entered the house but nothing replied to her.

She knows right away where he is, so she goes to his workshop.

When she arrived inside is full of weapons and armor, if a wizard or witch came in to see this, they would immediately notice everything inside was no ordinary weapon, it was full of magic weapons.

In the middle of it, you could see a single person who had just finished his new work and was Asahi.

From his hand, the curved twin-blade has a different golden pattern all the way in the sword, Then he combines the handle and puts the string on the other side, transforming it into a long bow. (Ahem! it's like stone twin-blade from dark soul 2 but a modified version.)

As Asahi finished his new work, he noticed Shizuka's presence at the entrance and didn't expect it was fast.

"Oh! Shizuka-Chan, you finished already?" Asahi said while he was checking his new work.

"It's already 6 pm, Asahi-nii" Shizuka replied, it seem Asahi didn't realize the time, after she gave him a mission and he immediately goes to his workshop and stays the whole day making another weapon.

"What?! It's time already. haha. sorry, I was so focused on making this." Asahi said and turned around looking at her while showing his new works to her.

Shizuka sighs his habit of not getting out of his workshop until it's not complete.

"You interested?" Asahi happily asked her while he faced was excited to tell them about his new work.

"Yeah, but I think we should talk first about my task Asahi-nii," Shizuka replied to her she was really worn out after the battle and she really need to take a bath.

Asahi noticed she was tired and he put his new weapon in his dimensional storage and got his towel to wipe his sweat while going out to the workshop.

"Let's go." Asahi said and Shizuka nodded and followed him.

The two go to the Information room. It was the room where he put all the knowledge and information he remembered and current information he got about the world. She was allowed to read it but some other books in his archive are forbidden to read it.

The two sat on seats and Tet came out with the appearance of the boyish kid at the same age as Asahi. Since it's been one year passed Tet decided to go along with its growth.

Tet is on the side of Asahi and looked at Shizuka who was wounded and had many bruises.

"Looks like you were having fun in there," Ted smiling said to her but she was concerned about what happened.

"Yeah, I almost got killed there, thanks to a certain someone who pissed off their instructor in the past and passed her grudge to me. " Shizuka tired replied and agreed to Tet while looking at Asahi who was the mastermind.

Asahi looked away from Shizuka and purposing coughing to change their topic.

"*Cough!* Anyway, let's see what happened but Let us heal you first." Asahi said and made eye contact with Tet to request to heal Shizuka.

Tet eye contact with him and nodded as accepting the request of Asahi, her divine power suddenly flowed out from her body and gather to her index finger and pointed to Shizuka.

Then she shoots it out at her like she fires a laser at her head, making Shizuka fall on her chair.

"Ouch! what was that for?" Shizuka shouted while touching gently touching the spot where she was hit.

"I just heal you, that's all," Tet smiled at her like mocking her. Although they start helping each other, they still argue a lot.

"tsk. At least heal me with care" She said while touching softly the spot where she hit and looked at her injuries were starting to heal and just dissed what she did.

"Ok, that's enough. Shizuka let us see what happened." Asahi said, suddenly interrupting their argument and taking out the magic item; the gazing ball put it on the table.

It's a magic item that can project the memories of the person by putting the magic power and thought some memories of gonna project. (In the short term it's like a ball recorder.)

"Ok, Asahi-nii," Shizuka said and touch the ball and think of what happened when on the mission.

The ball started shining and it projected on the wall and see memories she put.

In the memories projection, it shows Shizuka was fighting against their strongest student and assistant instructor who is in charge of the dojo in the Azabu area which Shizuka challenged, and their final fight was declared a tie.

Asahi called them 4 legendary beasts due to the way of martial arts and the name of the assistant Instructor who is managing their Dojo, he fought them in the past.

The name of the Assistant Instructors in each region, Green Dragon-sensei in Asakusa district, Second White Tiger-sensei is in Setagaya Area, third Vermilion Bird-sensei in Azabu Area and the last is Black Tortoise-sensei is in Oji area, These 4 can Asahi describe their stats is in the High or at almost of master class rank.

He was impressed she was the capable result of a tie in their match with Vermilion Bird Sensei,

His goal for giving this task was to gain Shizuka's experience of fighting another human with the intent to kill her, that's why he wrote a letter to the master who Shizuka going to challenge for the introduction of his disciple and request of challenge with killing intent match, another one adds more request more wine if she wins.

The assistant instructor popped veins show in her forehead when she saw the writing in the letter and remembered their crushing defeat by the unknown background, who come out of nowhere a little boy wearing a fox mask who was known now as 'kogitsune'(Little Fox) for who always steal their variable things and bring mischief when he challenges their Dojo and now his disciple come to challenge their dojo again which will absolutely not get away this humiliation and accept his request.

Asahi knew himself he was cruel to do that, but this is for her future, and realized his teaching principle that 'There is no mercy in battle until the enemy don't have the energy to move or talk.'

Until he saw the projection of battle between the Vermilion-sensei and Shizuka who were having a hard time in a life-threatening situation but in the middle of battle.

She was improving in the middle of the fight, her fist and bokken are black due to her haki making par the real katana of the opponent and increasing her attack, then she tried to mix other elements of breathing techniques which make surprised the opponent that her movement becomes agile and fiercer.

He looked at the [Status] of Shizuka, who was at Intermediate class rank, now she was at the intermediate class 2 times stronger than before(D++), it seems she was surpassed her limit during her life-threatening situation and adding a bonus that she copied their martial arts as well due to her skill of [Muscle memory].

As a result of her, task Asahi was considered still failed in her task, because her original task was supposed to challenge and win against the Dojo she challenge but instead, the result of her battle is a draw making it still considered a loss.

Shizuka was frustrated inward that she failed her first task but she was more determined to become stronger and complete her mission in the future.

Asahi's smile appeared on his face because of what he sees her expression looks like she was determined.

Then he came to her side and hugged her while Shizuka came back to her sense and surprise.

"A-a-Asahi-nii?"

"You did a good job there, Shizuka. You manage to get a draw of someone higher than you."

"But Asahi-nii, I failed my first mission cause I'm weak." Shizuka sadly said and felt less frustrated than before because she felt the warmth enveloping her.

"It doesn't matter, Shizuka-chan. The more important thing is you learn something new in this mission this will become an essential part of being stronger."

Asahi said he knew she was frustrated from being failed in her mission. That's why he comforted her by praising her and giving advice with a proud tone for improving in the battle.

"Just remember this, Shizuka-chan. No matter what happens, don't give up, all those negative you are feeling let them be the fuel for your determination to push forward, and surpass your limit, After all, your teacher is one powerful in the world, hahaha."

"Yes! Asahi-nii. I will keep that in mind." Shizuka said she is not feeling down anymore and became motivated again.

While Tet is on the side, She let them have a moment since this moment Shizuka was depressed due to the failed first mission, and she let it keep Asahi for a while and couldn't help but chuckle at what he was saying to cheer her up.

After Asahi and Shizuka had a moment, before Asahi sent her home, he announced something.

"Since you failed your mission, you will not receive any reward this time and I give you a rest for 1 week but I will increase your training once you back as punishment also you have to train yourself for a while."

When Shizuka heard his announcement she accepted it as her punishment but she was confused in the last part so she asked some questions.

"Um, I have a question, Asahi-nii."

"What is it?"

"What do you mean in the training alone?"

"As I said, you will be training alone for the time being since Tet and I are going to journey since we received some info about some cult summoned a god." Asahi said to her since he didn't tell her the part he was the one going to summon the god, he just made random excuses while Tet came to his side just agreeing to Asahi's excuse.

"Eh?! Ehhh!" Shizuka was surprised by what she heard and kinda get what he was saying about summoning since Asahi was one of the kings capable of fighting the god.

"Yes, that's why we have to go there before another god slayer gets it."

"Then can I come with you?" Shizuka hope to join and didn't want to be left behind.

"No, you're too weak right now." Straight rejected reply from Asahi and Shizuka was just silent and couldn't reply anymore, once Asahi said no it was set to stone it would be tough to change his mind.

"I will reconsider it, Once you reach the next rank."

When Asahi said that, Shizuka nodded and focused on ranking up first.

"Where are you going and how about Grandpa and Grandma?" Shizuka asked.

"To Italy. No worry, I will let them know before I go."

After Asahi answered what she asked he stand up and concluded now.

"Since you don't have a question anymore, you can go home now since it is already dark." Asahi said and sent her home to have her shower and good rest.

He knew she was really worn out from her mission that's why he gave her a day off.

When Shizuka got home Asahi went to his room and excitedly started packing up things and Tet who was beside him. It's been a year already since the fight and now, it was time to go to another one.

While Asahi happily packed up since this will be the first going out of the country even in his previous life he don't have much money to go out in the country because life was so hard on him and now he has a chance to go out and learn new things, that's why he was so excited and Tet looking at him suddenly asked.

"Are you sure? you will not include Shizuka this time?" Tet asked.

"Yeah, she is still weak to go with us. Do you want her to go with us?" Asahi replied and question her back.

Tet shook her head, "Yes, to experience more about the supernatural but as you said she is still weak right now and she has just finished her mission adding more we don't know what will happen when the battle starts. w-what did I say something wrong?"

Asahi looked at her wide eyes and shook his head and replied, "Nothing, I was just surprised by what you said. It seems like you two are getting along."

"Hehe, yeah. we have girls' talks while you're in training."

"Hoh, interesting, what did you talk about?"

"Secret~its a girl's talk. are you a girl to know our things?"

"Sorry." Asahi unconsciously apologized to her while scratching his back head and it was awkward for him so he continued what he was doing, Tet's smile appeared on her face, and suddenly hugged him frontally.

"T-tet?" Asahi was confused he didn't what was on to her but his guts told him, it was about what he did earlier on Shizuka.

"We talked about the agreement, I will not tell the rest, just so you know we are always on your side no matter what," Tet said leaking little information regarding the talk.

"You know we are still--" Asahi was about to say something but Tet interrupted what he was saying.

"Shh, let us stay like this for a while, please," Tet said while hugging him. She cants help but wants to hug him too after when Shizuka and Asahi have a moment.

"*Sigh* Ok" Asahi sighed and heard a magic world and just as she did, he hugged her back and felt tightly from her hug but was comfortable and warm. Who would anyone refuse such a perv-Cough, I mean a beautiful lady request?

It takes a few minutes before Tet releases him and feeling satisfied, they continue to finish packing up for leaving.

When they finished their hugging moment Tet forgot where they were going, so she asked Asahi.

"Wait, where are we going again?"

"Didn't I tell you already, we're going to Italy!"
