Start a holy war for the god that ressurected you. Might be a good idea, something like Dune. Convert people to vampires and start a nobility of magic users. Treat humans like cattle. Some ideas I can think of while starting in Essos. I dont know if you have any intentions of messing with Westeros, it kinda doesnt make sense to start in Essos and then go an make friends with the rebellion.
