Honestly, that was it. That is the only reason the arc exists, pretty much. It's a setup for later.

Viriti:see, I get trying to 'blend in' but mc literally thought he'd die, but didnt use any of those abilities when faced with death. This arc seems to exist solely for that temp corruption boundless ability, but it was a weird way of going about it.
