"I see, those who gain command, if they're ambitious, or lack food and water, will surely use Undead Guards to attack others." Basoluo exclaimed in sudden realization.
Without soldiers, there is at most chaos due to crumbling order. With soldiers, that's war.
Durken sighed too: "I'm used to it. These undead don't think before they act because they don't have brains."
Basoluo couldn't help defending: "It might also be due to lack of manpower. I don't see many wise undead in the City of Immortality."
"Are there few high-order undead? It's not necessarily high-order undead that need to be used, though, are there no subordinate races?"
