Arena Six: Recap & Reform VII

I stopped in front of the castle gate and told the guards who I was.

Usually, that wouldn't let me pass the inspection, but Felicia had probably told them about me as they just stepped aside and gestured for me to enter.

I gave a quick nod before walking towards the main castle entrance.

The nobles were still loitering around, gossiping. At this point, I honestly had to wonder why they were even there... Most of them had left their work to their subordinates and now were living inside the Inner City.

As soon as they saw me, they stopped talking and narrowed their eyes.

Their stares weren't hostile... but rather curious. I had left in a hurry after Felicia had released me, so I didn't have much time to think about them before.

"..."

I silently bowed towards a nearby group before heading straight towards the castle entrance. The guards there didn't stop me either... And soon, I found myself standing in front of the throne room.
