3 years after the accident in which Mary Winchester died

After a hunt John Winchester ends up in a bar where he meets a woman, which he did not know was a reaper, he is having an affair.

Where she ends up getting pregnant, because she is a reaper, she cannot have her child, so she decides to deliver it to an orphanage.

8 years later a demon finds out that John Winchester has a son, that he does not know so he decides to attack the orphanage where the child is.

A child is waiting to tame the medicine for paranoia saying that there are monsters, a nurse enters the child starts to scream because he is selling a monster, the woman blinks and turns black.
