13 Living Together (2)

Long Ying glanced into the room and saw Yu Yan inside. She was dressed in the summer dress he bought and looked much more beautiful than what he could remember. Compared to the time when Yu Yan was in High School and had to wear uniform almost all the time, she looked far better this way.

Unknowingly, a smirk had appeared on the corner of his lips.

"Have you eaten, Yan'er?"

Hearing his way of calling, Yu Yan was reminded of the past once more. The two of them were not used to be polite and after some time, he called her name with endearment while she called him with his name directly.

"Not yet, I just woke up."

"Let's eat together."

"Are you sure?" Yu Yan was surprised. "Are you not busy… eh wait, I don't know your position in Dragon Clan."

Long Ying passed a look at Yu Yan. She didn't even know that he was the Boss even though everyone had already called him as Boss? Oh wait, she might not know the internal structure of a clan.

"Don't worry, no one will dare to reprimand me."

The man in suit: "…" who would dare to reprimand their Boss? Unless they were tired of living, they would not even entertain the thoughts.

"Really?"

Long Ying nodded. "There's no fixed schedule for my work either, so you don't have to worry. Also, this is An Lin. If you have any problem, you can just tell him."

"Okay." Yu Yan took a look at An Lin, the man in suit, for a moment. He might be someone close to Long Ying considering that he was working in the latter's house.

"Now eat first."

Sister Yun walked out of the kitchen with several bowl of food. There was soup, dumplings, mapo tofu, and many others. Looking at the food on the table, Yu Yan was astonished at the sheer number.

"This…"

"I'll finish the leftover if you can't finish the food." Long Ying passed a glance at Yu Yan when he heard her started speaking. He put down the towel and washed his hand before taking chopsticks to start eating.

Yu Yan actually wanted to talk more about their deal from this morning but it didn't seem like Long Ying will allow her to speak. He gestured for her to start eating and without any other options, Yu Yan picked her own chopsticks and began to eat.

The food was delicious.

Yu Yan also realized that Long Ying's stomach was even bigger than what she could remember. The food that was already piled on the table was finished cleanly in just a short period of time.

After she had finished eating, Long Ying put a red book on the table. Looking at it, Yu Yan was stunned. Didn't they just fill it in like… before dawn today? It was already processed so quickly?

"So fast?" Yu Yan asked in low tone.

Long Ying nodded. "It's not that hard."

In truth, Yu Yan was more curious about how he managed to get her household registration. Asking it from her parents would be impossible. She flipped the book open and saw the picture they took last night. Looking at her 'foolish' smile, she felt a bit embarrassed.

It looked like the face of a young girl in love…

After looking for a bit, Yu Yan closed the book and kept it away. Her face was slightly red when she thought about what she had just seen.

"Now, shall we talk?" Long Ying gestured for her to follow him.

"Yes."

There were several rooms in the second floor. Long Ying brought her to a room that was also as spacious as before. The decoration in this room had lighter color and there was a sofa in the middle. Her eyes landed on the television at one side and wondering whether this was movie room or something?

Long Ying sat on the sofa and pulled Yu Yan to sat beside him. He looked at the woman beside him with a smile. "So, what do you want to talk about?"

"It's about the deal from this morning. How do you plan to help me?" Yu Yan asked anxiously. "Also, do you need some kind of contract so that…"

"There's no need for that." Long Ying was not that interested in the mine either and only agreed for the sake of Yu Yan. She would not accept the deal if he didn't agree to the take the mine as compensation. "I have a question for you, why do you search for Dragon Clan?"
