Mr Lee went downstairs after taking a few hours rest to eat something since he had not eaten anything all day.

He took the signed contract with him so that he could discuss the details with Hua before dinner.

If there was any rule they had, it was that they were to eat together no matter how angry they might be at each other.

At the dining table, Hua was already seated and was waiting for the door to be served. She was going through her phone to check on the business news and some other important work.

Mr Lee slowly walked to the table with his mind in chaos. He didn't know how he was going to lay this down to Hua and was lost in his thoughts that he didn't even know that she was already seated there.

"Father..." her sweet gentle voice woke him up from his thoughts and after a second of silence, a smile formed on his face. This was a worried smile and Hua could see all the traces from his face because she was too used to this father of hers.
