It might be far but they could reach the hospital in City V15 within a day's travel time. However, the problem would lie in the swarm of Xermo that might be around in the city. Not a single one of them wanted to die yet.

William clenched his fist, thinking of a solution. The man hadn't turned into Xermo yet, so it meant that he was still an ordinary human. Should he just leave him behind or try to safe him?

"Can you put him to sleep, Sienna?"

"I can," Sienna replied. She looked at the man and pondered for a bit. "I'll try to look at the medicine we have to slow down his turning."

"Alright," William agreed. Sienna might not be a doctor, but she was a researcher, so she had a certain degree knowledge regarding medicine. After deciding that, William looked around the storage room and found a few jerrycan that could be used to store fuel. It was currently empty.
