Comments of chapter undefined of World Gate Online: The Choice

Quick question, does choice target only MC decisions? or it will affect even random situation like what is in that box etc. or even background of world, like what type of ruling structure (absolute monarch, Constitution monarchy, democracy, komunity etc) has this country? (well, this type of choice, I really don't expect, just explanation of background principle. )

ok, I will be weird one and I am for elf. I don't know, what attributes they has (didn't read first version), but probably good for arches, hunters, mages and assassins etc.It could be fun, if MC will be one of those: I am better than you/I look down on you, type of elf. or one of these crazy wild elf, who smiles and look peaceful only in rivers of blood. + most players (at least male) will chose South or East. (again, didn't read first version and don't know + and - of each race)
