this is starting to feel a bit like soul eater. a being that grows stronger on fear that won't be killed no matter how strong the attacks thrown at it, being faced by an average but plucky MC who defeats it by punching it with "courage". Please tell me the final fight of this trial won't be as much of a let down as that was.
