My idea for magic, never really contributed anything so here we go, one of the things in HP that I always felt it was underutilized was apparating, sure great way to move around but no one really uses offensively(Great reasons are given, too hard to control, very uncomfortable), Dumbledore and Voldemort use and that basically screams the level you have to be to use in a duel, still I was thinking of something similar to spacetime ninjutsu, use a mark to stabilize the transfer, that would give Quinn great mobility and could be used to preserve his life should he decide to ever face against Voldemort (going to be blunt here, HP magic is really well balanced, there is almost never a jump in power and all wizards can in theory kill anyone should the circumstances aling, Quinn is a prodigy and he has immersed himself in magic, but he is still too young, I don't think he should reach Dumbledore/Voldemort level soon, maybe middle twenties, and that is really a complement since it took Dumbledore/Voldemort around 50 years, so spacetime magic/ninjutsu is a way for him to punch above his weight and fight Voldemort before he dies), you could also have him be able to tear through basic wards against apparating, he would need to really use a ton of magic though.
Are there any vaults left to challenge? Also I wonder if he could research the DNA of magical creatures(magic people included). One of my theories is that magic makes magical hybrids possible like Hagrid's blast-ended skrewts. So basically if you have a wizard or a giant do the nasty with a cow, magic will allow a minotaur to be born. That's my theory on how the weirder magical creatures appeared. Most of the magical creatures are descended from a couple of magical races that crossbred with normal animals. My other theory is that wizards and witches have a doublegene that enables them to do magic. Muggleborns appear when that recessive trait surfaces after just one pair is carried by both parents. So gene editing a muggle to have both genes would give 'em magic sortoff like the x-gene in the X-Men franchise. Going by this logic you could make a retrovirus that gives everyone magic. Or remove it from someone. That's my theory. A magic theory. *Roll credits*
Quinn knows that Amelia Bones dies in canon. Now, does Quinn know that Amelia using Aegis on her wards can have the potential to stop or delay Voldemort so that reinforcements. Or is he going to warn her. Or is he maybe even⌠going to actively himself do something about it. There would of course also be the option of him doing nothing, but that would be just silly.
