Quinn is not entitled to acquiesce to Ivy's demands and satisfy her curiosity and questions especially if they're NOT in a relationship. She is desperately involving herself with something Quinn clearly wants to hide. In the end, what was the purpose of Ivy knowing that Quinn is hiding some secret? Is it to one up on Daphne? Use it as a leverage to get closer with Quinn? If so, that's not really a great way to start a relationship and clearly Quinn is not a simp, right author? He knows how to say NO, right? :)
Twice she didn't know the meaning of privacy and wasnt even decent enough to make it subtle that she was stalking (like MC did in his usual info gathering). And now, this. U really made it hard to root for this girl. Smh. If she blackmails him about the kiss istg Quinn should man up and just assassinate her.
daphne should know...cuz I'm pretty sure daphne and ivy will get into some argument and ivy will blurt it out...its best if she knows from quinn himself...besides what ivy did was disgusting...I absolutely hate it when the freaking third wheel forces themselves on one of the main pairing...pointless drama
Thanks for the Chapter!👍👍👍👍👍 You know with how the romantic side of the story is going. Please don’t do harem. It doesn’ t fit Quinn. And if by chance you are going to choose Ivy. Please don’ t force it because for me part of her character turn obsessive and really annoying. So, if you are going into that choice please redeem her. But, I am still Team Dalphene because she is the best girl. Period!👆👆👆👆👆.
I cannot support this at the moment, and will not be supporting this novel until the author actually addresses the issues with this chapter. This is not about relationships anymore, this is about s*xual autonomy and agency, and the propagation of dangerous ideas. I'm sorry, I've really like certain aspects of this story thus far, but this is too horrible to ignore. Please address this, I beg of you. I'd advise anyone willing to support me in this endeavour to do so, not out of hate against the author or some random change in romance, but for the horrible implication that the ignorance against s*xual assault by females against males holds. (Not out of ignorance for the reverse, but for the several layers of horror that exist simultaneously in our society.)
The book in general is still as great as always, but this thing with Ivy feels really forced, different from his interactions with Daphne. I don't think Ivy likes him for him, but because Daphne also likes him and that made her obsessive with the idea of him, we can see that cause of the stalking, invading his privacy and etc. Even after he told her he's with Daphne she didn't respect his choice and backed off, she's being pushy and I don't like that direction her personality is taking, across the story, her posture and mentality was not like this at all, minus the whole one-sided competition she has with Daphne. And having more than one love interest doesn't match with what we know of him. It could have worked if after the vote the direction the plot went were different, but now? I can't see Ivy involved.
