Clearing and Denied

"More people are on the island now, ah I hope their not bothersome people"

Lizzy observed the military ships as they sent out soldiers and formed lines on the shore, the admirals that survived were commanding their men to bring out the materials from the ship.

"Squads 9 and 10 pickup the saws and start cutting some trees to make a clearing near the shore, we need to set up a base asap so get your asses moving" Bald Eagle Admiral.

"Yes sir!" Squad 9 and 10.

The two squads broke off from the rest and we're handed chainsaws, they then walked towards an area with abundant trees near the shore as started up the saws, the loud sound scared of the small critters that were nearby.

Lizzy decided not to stay since she didn't have any business with the military people, she went back into the deep forest and planned her next course of action, which she decided to open the two new lucky boxes hoping to get something that'll make her stronger and then she will strengthen.

Lizzy walked for quite a bit just to find a spot to rest that was near a marked inmate and to her surprise the inmate was in some sort of village, she found a rather sizeable hut on the outskirts of the village and decided to use it as her resting spot for today.

Why she didn't hunt the man directly immediately was because there were soldiers nearby and a man screaming loudly will attract them, she decided to stealthily do it tonight.

Lizzy with nothing to do opened we inventory and looked at the lucky boxes she had, she noticed that she had two so she decided to open tWm both.

"System please open the two lucky chests"

Two boxes wrapped in yellow wrapping paper that had stars on it appeared in front of her and popped to reveal gold chests, the chests slowly opened and then revealed a gold light on one chest while the other one had gold and red lights.

Lizzy looked at the pure gold light first and focused on the item which was a black skull with blue veins all over it that burned.

Nether Beast Skull:

Lizzy moved to look at the other chest and the one she viewed first disappeared while the item entered the backpack, Lizzy observed the two items inside, a scroll with golden edges and a skin with a grey skull tattoo with cracks on it.

The skull print disappeared and a grey print slowly appeared on Lizzy's face, it adapted to the shape and was slightly distorted, if one saw this print in the dark their hearts would skip a beat and sweat profusely.

Lizzy looked at the next item which was a telepathy scroll and see it immediately as well, her mind was flooded with massive amounts of information pertaining about psychics and how they were developed, she even saw a lost civilization that was sunk by the creator due to its scientific progress.

Now Lizzy focused on her inventory, the skull would alter her head shape which was kinda beneficial for her since her head was a bit too big, this nether beasts skull was at the shape of an alligators skull, Lizzy contemplated for a second since it will clearly break her skull and reconstruct, she made a choice in the end, she was gonna pass out anyway so why make a choice.
