Trustworthy Back

After exiting the hidden passage from my garden wall, Orion led me further down before we found ourselves in the back lane hidden from sight of the mansion. I didn't know the path in the slightest and relied solely on his guidance as he firmly held my hand as he led me forwards.

After a few minutes of walking, we finally reach a clearing where Orion pauses in his tracks. I bumped into his back when he turned to face me.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to stop so suddenly. You didn't hurt your nose did you?" Orion bends and cups my cheeks in his, inspecting my face as my cheeks flushed.

"I-I'm fine. Why'd you stop so suddenly, though?" I lowered his hands, meeting his gaze as his lips tugged to a tight smile.
