Maybe have a Reaper skill drop from Overhaul based on his quirk or an existing skill augmentation as he's a major villain. You could also add a general summon skill, separate from what I call the apocalypse horseman summoning skill, and have Eri take a contract to become his daughter through that so she accompanies him through the worlds he visits.
