For what reason did he have that cringe monologue? Just kill them and be done with it, they die anyway. And how did that guy bring these goon's so fast if he needed to drive some minute's back to "his" base, talk to that boss, and come back. The mc was like 1 or 2 minute's in there. And why not just kill him and be done with it? He's gonna move anyway. Plus, why make the hero's villain's for no reason? If you wanted to let the mc fight against hero's, then killing villain's left and right is enough.
Sounds like some emo kid wrote this story. And where is the intelligence of the "villians" ? Did that first guy in the suit never thought that maybe yhe kid has some quirk even after being elbowed by him despite him using his ice powers ? Or how the hero didn't have the brains to think that the guy isn't normal after seeing him disappear from his vision, and him continously calling him quirkless despite him showcasing his skills. Especially the unrealistic "villianizing" of every person. Same chinese troupe.
