The only thing that bothers me and that could create big problems for Mc is the possession of the Kekkei Genkai of the wood release. However there is already a precedent of a ninja clan providing a bride for a Daymio, in fact a woman of the Chinoike clan had married the Daymio of the lightning country. Considering the deal between the Senju Clan and the Daymio that led to the founding of Konoha, I wouldn't be surprised if that deal was sealed with the marriage of a Senju woman to the Daymio or the Daymio's heir. So Mc may actually already have senju blood and supplementing with Hashirama's genes only awakened the bloodline. This leads me to wonder if Tenzo (Yamato) exists now. Clearly Kakashi hadn't infiltrated the ranks of ROOT and so it's likely that Tenzo (Yamato) is one of the shinobi who died during this attack or was simply killed. I say this because it would be nice if Mc is the only user of this wonderful Kekkei Genkai after Hashirama.
For the next chapter, you could fake a kidnapping where 3rd Prince is kidnapped by mysterious forces. Shisui tells his clan he can brainwash people and that they should rescue the prince first and make him their pawn. The evil elders are lead by Fugaku into a ambush and killed. They tell everyone that the mission to rescue the Prince was successful and the Uchihas are heroes. Just so you know, not counting Danzo, there are two reasons people didn't like the Uchiha after the Fox thing. First was that only an Uchiha could control the fox. Second was that the Uchihas were told to protect the civies, not fight the fox, so the Uchihas didn't lose a single life during the fox thing. Having some Uchihas die saving the life of the Prince will earn sympathy and a lot of respect from the village.
