Cross smiled and said "I gave half my life to save her, fortunately I lived by either pity or luck." he paused for a second before laughing at himself "It was the lowest point in my life."

Long Chen smiled and joked "Aiyo, where's the arrogant unyielding guy?" Cross paused before laughing "That's right. Anyway! What I wanted to say was I'm here if you need me." Long Chen froze for a second before giving Cross a wide smile and clinking his cup, draining the wine inside in an instant.

Long Chen said "What?" Cross took off his hood and shook his head, the illusion on his hair disappeared and it returned to black hair that reached just above his shoulders. Long Chen saw his long pointed ears and said "Eh? An Elf? You're a spirit Clan member?"

Cross decided to fuck the disguise and wore what he liked, which was nothing. His black hair flowed in waves, his long pointed ears twitched, his Prayer Bead necklace hung from his neck, he wore shorts with a little red devil on the bottom left corner, they reached halfway down his thighs, and finally his signature pink fluffy bunny slippers.

Cross rubbed his nose and said "You see why I wore a disguise before?" Long Chen smiled wryly and said "Why did you take it off?"

Cross shrugged and said "It gets stuffy." Long Chen laughed dryly and everyone's attention snapped to them when they walked in. Yuanyuan was sitting on Cross' shoulders and shrank her neck at all the people, whispering "Daddy, so many people!"

Cross kissed her little calves and said gently "Don't be afraid. As long as Daddy is here, Yuanyuan will never be in danger." Yuanyuan wore little jean shorts with red suspenders and a white t-shirt with little flip flops. Her hair was let loose and she was a bit frightened.

Cross held her legs and walked with Long Chen to the Teacher platform. Cross stood with Long Chen and the other teachers, who were looking at them with hostility. Murmurs came from the disciples, Cross heard "Moron! That's Lord Third and Lord Fifth! They won't even blink before killing you! Shut your mouth!"

Cross grinned at the nickname while Long Chen pursed his lips in amusement. Some one suddenly yelled "All Quasi-Teachers come forward for the final test." Cross and Long Chen frowned, another test? What the fuck.
