Bad Flashback

ALANA'S P.O.V

I retreated to my office feeling very emotionally exhausted.

I sat down feeling so sad as my mind went over the morning's activities.

This was definitely not what I had planned for the day .

Well it did help get over my boredom for one , but it made sure to replace the boredom with a worse feeling .

Sadness and Regret .

For the umpteenth time in the day , my mind went back to my past time at my first job .

Those were some really painful times and Delilah's antics had done very well in making me relive them .

It was a Saturday like every other and I had just finished my last rounds in the building and came to my office to rest.

No more than ten minutes after I had settled , the door begun to rattle and the lean muscular build of my boss came into view.

"Sir , everything is in order I'll be taking my leave soon" I stood up to leave and gather my stuff when he advanced towards me .
