1 Chapter 1 : A world of conflict

This character has no name. He's known only by the name 19007.

19007 was in a world of conflict. 19 y/o boy who was in college. But bad things were going around him. The Hindu league and Muslim league were gathering young boys to fight among each other. The Muslim league was strong. 19007 wasn't interested in these slaughterings in the name of religion and god. He told people that they should not fight among each other. These politicians and religious extremists brainwashed the people into fighting and killing eachother. But no one listened to him. Finally when people didn't listen to him, he focused in his studies and his career. 19007 has a sister. He was studying in the evening, his sister said, "everyone is in panic, will you have your exams this month?" 19007 replied, "Professor has said to keep studying. It doesn't matter what happens. It will not concern us. My friend Raj has also agreed." Next day, 19007 met his friend Raj in college. "Hey, Raj how's your study going?" Raj somewhat ignored 19007 and replied, "I got more important things to do, now if you'll excuse me." 19007 was kind of surprised to see Raj behave like that. Few days later 19007 saw Raj gathering boys and yelling, "These people kill our brothers and rape our women, they need to learn a lesson. We will unite and teach them a lesson. Only Hindu league will rule and make a better world." 19007 was shocked to see his friend incinerating fire between people. One day he followed Raj to an abandoned warehouse and saw Raj and few other people torturing a young boy. Raj was punching the boy. 19007 quickly stopped Raj and tried to release the boy. "What are you doing, Raj?! What are you trying to achieve by killing?!" Suddenly Raj hit 19007 on his head and threw him out. 19007 turned and saw Raj standing. "They deserve it!" Raj yelled. After that day 19007 started gathering people and taught them that killing for religion is foolish and meaningless. This time some people supported him. They started sticking posters everywhere about religious unity to keep peace and order. Slowly many people joined. Few months passed and thanks to 19007's movement decreased a lot of crime rates and riots. But, as he gained a little reputation among the locals, 19007 knew that something is wrong. He became cautious and sent his sister to ANNYWOOD on train, for her safety. ANNYWOOD is a magical place for animals, mythological creatures. It was kept secret until some humans discovered it and they are trying to rule over it. ANNYWOOD has magical resources, magical plants and creatures. It has a magical barrier which keeps others away but it wasn't that strong that time. Here, after sending his sister to ANNYWOOD 19007 carried on his work. But one day, some people arrived in van and kidnapped 19007. When he woke up, he was tied to a chair and few men were standing in front of him. One of those men grabbed his throat and yelled, "You think that you can stop this war?!" He punched 19007 several times. Suddenly a voice came up from behind, "Asif! Stop." Their leader came and smiled. "I'll deal with him." He said. 19007's face was bruised and covered in blood. The leader said in anger, "my name is Kazim and I will teach you a lesson so that you'll never dare to stop this war again. You're only 19, what the hell do you know about religion?! It is greater than humanity. They took 19007 to a prison and tortured him inhumanly, he starved for over 53 days and sometimes didn't even get water, they humiliated him and made him an example, that whoever tries to stop the leagues will have the same fate as 19007. His prison tag was 111599-19007. Soon 19007 became weak and anorexic. They stopped beating him when he became somewhat non functional. He was an empty shell. They broke all his teeth and pulled out all his nails and threw him in a cell. Many days passed but they were surprised to see him still alive. One night in winter, it was raining heavily. The temperature dropped to 9°C. That night they decided to throw him out of the prison. They took him out in a van and threw 19007 on an empty cold road, out in the rain, naked. Before going, a man prayed and said, " may god save you." They left, 19007 was lying on the road like dead body in the cold rain. In the morning, Kazim wanted to go there and check on him. But when they arrived, they saw 19007 still alive and barely breathing. They were stunned. One of Kazim's man said, "Sir, I think that he is a mutant like those people in ANNYWOOD" Kazim smiled and said, "then lets take him to the lab, he will be good for our experiment." They picked 19007 and took him to a secret lab, far from the location. Everyone was wearing gas mask except 19007. He was tied to a chair. There was a plant in front of him, covered by a glass box. The scientist came and said to Kazim, "This plant is called Atropa Infraconifera, its an unique plant from ANNYWOOD. It has some unusual mutated genes and it has a green coloured mist which may activate mutant genes in humans. I exposed the plant to a rat but it caused really bad reaction and the rat died. But, lets test it for the last time but on a human." The scientist removed the glass box and exposed the plant to 19007. The mist of the plant mixed with the air. When 19097 breathed the misty air, his eyes and nose started bleeding. He was coughing and trying to breathe, in few moments he started bleeding from mouth. Kazim kicked him and 19007 fell on the ground, bleeding profusely from eyes, nose and mouth. Scientist looked at 19007 and said, "I think the plant kills normal cells and mutates the DNA. It alters the DNA sequence." Kazim yelled in anger, "I don't understand what you said but.." He shot the scientist in the head. Kazim and his men took a can of gasoline and poured gasoline over the plant, 19007 and the whole place. 19007 was remembering his time spent with sister and his dream to become a successful man. He was trying to cry. Kazim and his men kicked him and laughed at him. Kazim lit a match and threw it on the ground. Slowly, the whole place caught fire. Kazim yelled, "lets go!" They all went out laughing. 19007 was lying in a pool of blood, trying to cry but he couldn't. Slowly the whole place incinerated in flames.
