Chapter 50: Not Like This

Jorael regained his senses when he found himself on top of the Demon Princess in the royal bathroom and exclaimed in confusion:

"W-what happened?!"

"Ah! You should be the one to explain what happened..." Cyn'Thia replied annoyed.

"I made a mistake.

I should have cast Sleep and not charmed her…" Jorael whispered, slowly rising to his feet.

"W-why did you have to put her to sleep?!

What were you trying to accomplish!?" asked the confused Elf.

"It's all a big misunderstanding.

I needed to go to the bathroom and she attacked me out of nowhere in the hallway." Jorael explained.

"Why?" she asked.

"She thought I had bad intentions or something..." he replied as he stared at the Princess who was motionless and then cast:

"Esna!"

As the White Magic spell removed Drahnemys' inability to speak, Cyn'Thia exclaimed:

"W-why did you do that?!"

"I made her unable to scream with a spell...

Hey, how did you get here? "Jorael asked.

"I wasn't sleeping.

I still don't feel comfortable.
