I don't see why he's worried about collateral damage. We know tha the mc has all of the tools in his person to just shift planes and fight somewhere that wouldn't cause any damage. He can also just go to a pocket dimension or an alternate plane of existence. Even without the extra powers the original mc of hataraku maou sama is able to do it. That's how he got to earth in the first place.
