He shouldn’t be that weak so why the f*ck is he scared?😒🤦🏾 All Devil Fruit are strong but it strongly depends on the users. And not all users are strong. He’s not even Logia or Zoan user and he can’t reflect bullets. He’s also not immune to physical damage. I mean Luffy are strong because he’s a natural at fighting and his Devil Fruit suited to him perfectly. Any other Devil Fruit wouldn’t suit him because he would rather fight up close and he’s only smart and creative in fighting but in anything else, he’s stupid. It’s very unlikely Grey Beard are natural in fighting and he’s not even popular in East Blue no matter if he’s even in One Piece canon or not. Please don’t make the main character stay lowkey and go all out. But I’mma be honest though that this chapter is almost perfect but I only don’t like that he got scared just because Grey Beard has Devil Fruit. Since he will meet a lot of people who has one so he needs to get over it.
Fair enough. Yh I know his hair could cut bullet easily but I thought his guns were better than One Piece’s guns so his bullet could have been faster. The point is his hair is extremely powerful but not his eyes so why not keep shooting without stopping so the bullets can get through. But then I realise he’s new and doesn’t have any experience with fighting since he’s just started so I apologise. The only thing I was dissatisfied was because he got scared easily seeing he had Devil Fruit. I didn’t like that since he obviously knew he would meet one a lot but at least it was good chapter showing he got cocky and payed the price thinking everyone in East Blue was weak except Luffy’s crew and Loguetown Smoker.
Loyalscum:i think you miss understood what ment I wrote that. grey beard is not as weak as you think. yes he is an easy blue pirate but I didn't care about that when I made him. Gray beard is able to move his hair fast enough to catch bullets. I wrote that in the chapter when I said that his hair skewered the bullets. Ulrick is scared of Gray beard because he knows he does not have the abilities to confront an enemy at that level yet. greybeards hair moves faster than what Ulrick can see.
I like this MC and even how sometimes he can be stupid but author-san, your MC isn't weak so don't make him look like one. Just because he saw a devil fruit user, He became afraid and didn't even move. What I want to say is that he could've just used void power and it would've ended. What's more the guy is only an east blue pirate guy. If you plan on making him stay there then at least make him stronger than those pirates because if he can't deal with stupidly weak pirates of the east blue, forget about making him enter the grandline. I find it illogical that Luffy on the east blue who only had the rubber fruit could reign supreme on everyone and only enemies from the grandline making a challenge while the guy who has a system, a great potential and perhaps a good weapon can't deal with a weak ass Cannon fodder pirate
